58 films were released in 1st quarter of this year, which is highest for any language in India. Out of these 5 had fared well at Box office. The success rate is 8.6% . There were 3 films from Tier 2 (I,Anegan,KakkiSattai) heros, and all the 3 were Hits. Amongst the several small budget flicks only Darling and TEOA  ended up as successful ventures.
